Contortion Immersion

With Rachel Barringer

Are you looking for tools to improve your deep flexibility practice? In this workshop we will explore various contortion techniques including partner stretches, active flexibility, resistance stretching, and passive flexibility to get deeper into splits and backbends.

We will also explore various balances such as elbowstand, handstand, and cheststand. This workshop will include plenty of conditioning and drills to strengthen our back, glutes, shoulders, hips, and legs.

You’ll leave with lots of tools to continue your flexibility and self-care journey on your own.
