Aerial Fabric

With Stacey Strange

In this immersion, you’ll bolster your aerial fabric foundations, and then take it up a notch with exciting new pathways and tricks. Topics will include drills and progressions for long-term skills like C-shaping and dynamic work as well as drop variations, with plenty of single pole and split fabric pathways and sequencing. To cap it off and give you choreographic variety, we will detour into niche areas of fabric fun like open fabric exploration and “floorial.”
